THE VISION: An entrepreneurial sales director role, free from corporate structure, in a start-up that has grown organically to almost $40M in four years. THE OPPORTUNITY: With a blank canvas for growth, you will lead all aspects of national sales development, managing relationships with existing accounts and growing them; prospecting for numerous untapped market opportunities, and building relationships with new customers. Supervising and supported by account managers, you will report to the VP of Sales and play a leading role in developing a national sales team.
THE REQUIREMENTS: You must have achieved success selling services to national or regional businesses, ideally in property management, building or facilities maintenance, building HVAC / controls, or similar. A Bachelor's Degree in construction management would be ideal, but excellent experience and the right attitude will be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of the sales process will be second nature to you, and you will be a customer-focused problem solver. A high relationship focus has been vital to this business, thus this role will require significant travel.
THE REWARD: Base compensation $120,000 to $140,000 plus performance-linked commission target of $30-50K+, and comprehensive benefits package.
