Our client is a growing leader in the building products industry and makes customized solutions. They offer an automated service system for the multi-family industry (apartments, condos, multiple living facilities, dorms and retirement communities).

We need a dynamic strategic visionary to expand client base nationally. A National Sales Manager (NSM) who can see the big picture, develop a program and put structures/processes in place to make it happen. Take a group of independent sales representatives and make them part of a cohesive successful team. Be the mentor who manages, leads, controls and motivates sales team members.

Relocation is not necessary if located near major airport and able to work remotely from a home office.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years' experience leading sales managers
  • 5 years' experience building sales goals and budgets
  • 3+ years' direct sales experience preferably in the multi-family industry
  • Experience creating sales processes and structures
  • Experience developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Experience developing a sales training program
  • Strong and dynamic negotiator and relationship builder
  • Polished, professional demeanor, and presentation
  • Hungry to take this position and the company to the next level
  • Experience working remotely
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative manager who excels working independently
  • Successfully increased sales at a national level
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.

Salary

$100K - $130K
