Modernizing Medicine is seeking a National Sales Manager to join our World Class Sales Organization. As a National Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new revenue growth as well as managing and developing our sales team for our revolutionary suite of software solutions. To be successful you must be a strategic thinker, have strong sales management skills and work cross-functionally within the organization. In this role, you will provide sales leadership for our field sales team to successfully sell and deliver our SaaS EMR solution.

Your Role:

  • Manage the territory managers to achieve their bookings goals
  • Manage sales objectives through detailed and accurate forecasting, budgeting and planning activities
  • Lead a team by offering sales coaching and mentorship opportunities; be responsible for employee development through the delivery of one-on-one coaching, learning opportunities and performance reviews
  • Carry a team quota
  • Develop and expand relationships with private healthcare providers
  • Proactively identify and develop growth opportunities in each assigned territory
  • Create reports to assist in meeting territory expectations
  • Prospect for new opportunities outside of existing client base
  • Stay current with latest developments in the marketplace and provide industry expertise
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the products
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
  • Extensive travel throughout the US; exhibit at society meetings and trade shows
  • Preference for a local candidate in Boca Raton, FL

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience selling healthcare related software sales and having a consistent track record of closing deals
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership skills
  • Experience with SaaS EMR products; relevant medical experience a plus
  • Previous experience working in a high growth technology industry a plus
  • Excellent forecasting skills
  • Polished presentation and interpersonal skills to address an audience and prospective clients
  • Have the ability to expertly negotiate contracts
