Lead the development and execution of a sales strategy to profitably grow PennBarry. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying priority local markets to target for growth, conduct account segmentation to prioritize outside and inside sales teams’ priorities and drive sales and account management discipline to exceed sales quotas and gross margin goals.
How you will do it
Development of a sales strategy for the rep channel for air distribution products through effective territory, account and sales management
Lead and coach a team of talented Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
Develop deep trusted advisor relationship with Principals of leading rep firms in North America
Lead the development of training and support priorities so rep firms are effective in selling PennBarry products
Set pricing by local market collaborating with the product management teams and analyzing market pricing data and competitive landscape
Understand PennBarry plant manufacturing operations to maximize plant, brand and customer objectives within the sales and construction environment.
Actively participate in the financial objectives of PennBarry brand
What we look for
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Management, Engineering or Marketing from an accredited four-year College or University
Ten years or more of successful outside sales experience including three or more years in a sales leadership role in the air distribution industry
Fan industry experience highly preferred
