Our client, a dynamic and growing global lodging provider is seeking confident, tenacious, and competitive National Sales Directors (remote employee) for their team anywhere in WA, WI or CO to successfully identify, develop and close new business opportunities that are large project / high volume sales ($500k - $5m+ each). This position has no reports and works from home 95% of the time.
National Sales Directors will be seasoned sales "hunters" with the ability to develop self-sourced leads and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, meet and/or exceed sales targets, develop long-term, profitable account relationships and work independently with limited supervision, all from your home based office over the phone, primarily. Must be extremely comfortable interacting with all levels in an organization from entry to C-suite level to gain the sale.
We are looking for candidates with a consultative mind-set and expertise selling contracted outsourced solutions within the traditional / non-traditional lodging and / or travel industry. Candidates should also be driven to succeed, motivated to meet and smash goals, with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Must be experienced in cold calling, self-sourced lead generation, negotiating and closing high volume contract sales. Exceptional time-management skills are a must for the folks in these roles. Limited travel required.
3+ years of sales experience and knowledge of industries and clients with significant travel / lodging / transportation needs for their organizations. Bachelor's degree required with a business, marketing or communication focus preferred. Travel reimbursement, phone and laptop provided. Base salary of $80 – 90K offered plus commission, along with a competitive benefits package.
