Our client, a rapidly growing, highly entrepreneurial, national group of outpatient Cathererization Labs (Cath Labs) is seeking a seasoned and driven sales leader to build, manage and motivate their national sales team.
You will serve as the senior business development professional within the organization and will have the opportunity to take part in the long term growth of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.
Your team will be reaching out to partners and referral sources including physicians and groups as well as clinical and non clinical partners.
The ability to manage a geographically dispersed sales team, a willingness to travel, and the ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment is essential for the role.
This position brings lots of upside (the company is on a very strong growth track) and requires a strong business sense besides for very solid core sales management skills.
