Our client is a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader serving customers in over 150 countries. They are seeking a National Public Housing Sales Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will develop strategy and implement tactics to effectively manage and grow relationships within commercial accounts for Public Housing, including the implementation of strategies to cross-sell. In addition, you will serve as the key liaison for sales channel input in the PDP process for commercial products. You will lead, schedule, allocate and monitor work of three team members.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience with emphasis in Public Housing Performance Contracting. In addition, experienceworking with national accounts, have advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principle.
