Position Summary


Work with the Director, Network Real Estate and other functinal groups within SCN, to support  the NRE organization by sharing and training best practices, encouraging consistency and communications across Regions and Nationally. Responsible for crafting the training for Utilites Administration, and Government Relations to ensure consistent performance by personnel across all Regions.


Essential Job Functions


  • Assist in the creation, delivery, and maintenance of National Real Estate Training including job responsibilities, systems and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Gather and document Best Practices across all NRE roles to ensure a National standard and process for NRE.

  • Work with all SCN functional groups to ensure buy in with respect to implementation of best practices and communication structure.

  • Standardize project forecasting and task management through the use of DAS 2.0. (Project Management Tool).

  • Serve as IT Liaison for all system enhancements for NRE.

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to develop training to both vendors and employees to ensure that the training and delivery methods are appropriate for course and audience levels.

  • Work across departmental and organization boundaries, collaborating with various departments to effectively translate business needs into develop training courses and objectives around them.

  • Collaborate with Managers of other SCN functional teams to ensure a consistent messaging, work flow/processes and communication structure is in place and followed nationally.

  • Continuously seek feedback, ideas, and suggestions to improve training materials and new training initiatives.

  • Prepare instructional materials such as training aids, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids (and/or presentations) for training programs.

  • Develop and support collateral materials for use to promote/explain NRE key objectives.

  • Standardize the messaging and constantly improve the delivery techniques and performance of NRE teams.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience in a related field


Experience/Minimum Requirements


  • Minimum five (5) years proven experience working for a wireless carrier, external/regulatory/governmental affairs consulting firm, a utility, a municipality or Planning, Zoning and Land Use capacity required or equivalent in a comparable industry or relevant military experience

  • Experience in presenting and speaking to the public and governmental entities
