Growing wholesale consumer electronic accessories company, located in Edison, NJ, looking for salesmen to join our team.
Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the wholesale business selling to major big box retail stores. Experience in electronic accessories a plus.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Responsible to generate revenue via cold calls, personal account development
- Proactively secure additional business opportunities with current as well as new accounts.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- 3+ years experience selling to big box retailers
- Aggressiveness and willingness to learn
- Proven sales experience
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
