National IT Staffing Business Development Executive ? Remote Virtual Position US Based
The executive will be responsible for growing new Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) customers selling staffing solutions to Managed Service Programs (MSP) nationally. This is a remote position suitable for the right person who is intimately familiar selling IT Staffing & Recruiting services at a national level. Emphasis will be on presenting IT staffing services business solutions to new customers by partnering to be an alternative to the existing technical staffing services suppliers utilized by the Vendor Management Organization (VMO) end clients.
? Responsible for overall strategy with P&L responsibility
? Responsible for managing personal sales, developing sales strategy and driving new business development
? Call on companies across all industries that procure IT staffing & recruiting services and solutions, as well as our project solutions, project teams, statement of work (SOW), etc.
? Responsible for building and maintaining sales funnel and presentations to senior level prospects within MSP/VMS end clients who can influence and champion the addition of staffing vendors to their present 3rd party supplier vendor list.
? Direct selling to MSP/VMS/VMO program management executives nationally responsible for their end client contingent IT workforce program success and 3rd party suppliers
? Develop account penetration strategy & mapping target end client relationships at levels in organization(s) responsible for signing new 1st tier vendors to their IT staffing supplier list
? Identify the ?C? level and managers throughout the target and prospect account organizations who purchase or can directly impact adding IT staffing & recruiting suppliers to the 3rd party vendor services list
? Responsible for understanding and identifying those MSP/VMS programs where there is recurring monthly spend on a national level to support business rationale and strategy for pursuing specific end client programs
? Total account responsibility; set and achieve business targets for assigned client account(s) where at a minimum a MSP/VMS program end client signs a Master Services Agreement (MSA) each quarter or 4 each 12-month period.
? Responsible for developing and preparing proposals, RFPs, RFIs
? Work with internal staffing firms account staffing & recruiting organization.
100% selling. Once new client MSA is signed day-to-day delivery will be handed off to a junior Client Staffing Manager who will work with the recruiting organization to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are exceeded and/or met
