Job Description

Mountz Inc. is looking for a National Accounts Manager to join our team. This individual will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with assigned key accounts. Ideally, the candidate resides in the Dallas - Fort Worth metropolitan area.

As a National account manager, organization and the ability to analyze performance metrics are imperative. We also expect proven negotiation skills from this individual and the ability to foster relationships with internal and external customers. Ultimately, this position will facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities:
• Builds and maintains long-term relationships with key customers
• Identifies and grows business with all locations within the National Accounts base assignment
• Develops strategic accounts business plans
• Investigates customer needs and wants and researches and sources potential customers
• Tracks, measures and evaluates sales metrics and trends
• Suggests innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction
• Generates tools and ideas for improving national account customers' buying experience
• Collaborates with Sales, Technical Support, & Marketing teams
• Keeps abreast of industry and market trends and best practices. Partners with key reseller channel partners to grow revenue
• Leverages Social Media tools to promote your personal brand & the Mountz Brand to key decision makers
• Ensures adherence to all relevant brand guidelines
• And other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
• Preferred: BS degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or other relevant field
• Proven product sales and solutions experience (at least 5 years) in industrial technology / manufacturing sectors
• Proven experience in customer service and technical support/product applications
• Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client's requirements
• Technical / mechanical aptitude; technical knowledge on DC tools, preferred
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and outstanding communication and presentation skills
• In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
• Professional B2B Sales training (Sandler, PSS, etc.) a plus
• Availability to travel as necessary. Could be up to 50%
• Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual & in-person demonstrations tying product & service capabilities to customers' stated application requirements
