The Ecolab Food Safety Solutions (FSS) National Accounts Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing current FSS corporate account customers and targeting new customers in the assigned region. The FSS National Accounts Manager will represent Ecolab as the food safety product expert on all FSS products and solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify, develop and manage key corporate account relationships for Ecolab Food Safety Solutions
  • Grow current FSS corporate account business and target new business within assigned region
  • Work to train, educate, and champion food safety solutions within Ecolab and with customers
  • Liaison between FSS Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT teams facilitating execution of new business
  • Demonstrate ability to handle complex sales processes dealing with quality assurance, risk management, operations, purchasing, and C-level stakeholders
  • Responsible for all aspects of contract management, including pricing, promotions, communication, etc)
  • Will demonstrate the ability to work cross functionally with total enterprise solution providers that achieves the best solutions for our customers
  • Responsible to ensure profitability and growth for the FSS component of all customer contracts and will work to secure annual pricing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or high school diploma with equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, food safety or restaurant management
  • Successful track record in selling role
  • Must be willing to travel within multi-state area to support territory 3-4 days a week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-established contacts at the top levels in the Foodservice Industry
  • ServSafe and CP-FS certifications
  • A focus on meeting customer expectations and requirements to establish and maintain effective relationships
  • A strong knowledge of business operations, practices, trends and information affecting customers to drive effective solutions
  • Action oriented, posse a high level of energy when tackling complex situations
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Seasoned Negotiator who can manage complex situations, as well as earn trust quickly
  • Results oriented and entrepreneurial with solid business instincts
