This position has overall responsibility for creating new tools, drive e-action plans with MEC Business Units and Retailers (80%). Deliver online business plans, roadmaps, traffic driving marketing, KPIs in close collaboration with Account Managers.
Understands retailer’s e-commerce strategies and builds adapted MEC answers for the key MEC staff.
Builds efficient “route to market” strategies via MEC direct or bottler partner networks.

Passion for Ecommerce/Digital
Extensive experience in Omnichannels and eCommerce channel sales & strategy development required
Prior CPG categories experience a plus
Forecasting and trade management experience
5 years of sales experience in a retail, broker and distributor sales environment
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance
Demonstrated track record of sales management achievement
