The National Account Sales Representative will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of our National Accounts Channel Partners. The primary goal is to increase revenue and market share within the HVAC industry. This sales representative will work with the channel partners to
develop account strategies, participate in major selling situations, and monitor all sales activity for these accounts. In addition, support the territory sales representatives as an executive contact and coordinate factory activities to meet customer needs, as well as be responsible for bringing product and
service requirements back into the product development process. This position will require high-energy and proven ability to motivate channel partners. This strategic sales role will require candidates to maintain and accelerate the sales momentum within the National Account market. You will be
responsible for generating sales and ensuring key performance indicators and sales targets are met on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships, growth strategies, roadmaps and competitive analyses of assigned accounts.
  • Effectively work in cross functional environment with Sales Leader, Marketing Leader, Finance, product management teams and external channel partners to develop and articulate new growth strategies.
  • Communicate all account product requirements and work with Marketing Leader to develop account specific marketing and product strategies.
  • Participate in relevant industry trade shows and/or specialized training seminars.

Travel 50% - 75% of the time in order to accomplish sales targets

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 + years selling technical products
  • 5+ years of experience in developing sales plans, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, contract negotiations and successfully meeting sales objectives
