Your job.

National Account Managers at Indeed are on the front lines of helping the top organizations more effectively manage their onlinerecruitment strategy. As our most senior directsales representative, you will advocate Job Searchtechnology to leading companies in Detroit. You will also promote the inventive power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative andmobile. Your passion for Indeed will ultimately help more organizations connect with great people.

About you.


  • Responsible for selling Indeed'€™s products or services, developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts 
  • Sell pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to F1000 organizations 
  • Assigned to large, complex, high visibility and strategic accounts 
  • Conduct face to face meetings including presentations, webinars and product demonstrations over the phone
  • Identify revenue opportunities within entire client organization 
  • Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales
  • Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become industry expert


  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 10+ years of experience in a field sales environment 
  • Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories 
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations 
  • Understands how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex organizations 
  • Experience in consultative and solution based selling
  • Online recruitment, digital marketing or staffingsalesexperience 
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities 
  • Passion to educate and close deals quickly 
  • Ability to travel up to 40% - 50% of the time 
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills 
  • Metrics-oriented
