GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
The National Account Director is responsible for overall planning, direction and control of retail client's dining program which includes various brands operating individually in multiple stores. Intended outcomes include accelerated revenue growth, efficient operating costs and increased consumer satisfaction. The role also ensures that fiscal and managerial compliance is executed at all times and develops a talented and engaged work force.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Districts vary in size but generally range from 20 to 30 retail locations with total managed volume of $10M–$20M and 10-20 retail managers and supervisors as direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A master's degree / MBA is strongly preferred.
