The NAFTA Engineering Change Management Methods & Tools Supervisor will be responsible for managing and improving NAFTA/Global Change Management processes and systems. This Supervisor must have an understanding of downstream stakeholder requirements to ensure no changes are made which negatively impact the customers of Bill of Material/Design Data (Manufacturing Logistics Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, IRF, Engineering, Cost Engineering, Finance, Supplier Quality, Suppliers). The Supervisor develops business requirements and communicates system change requirements for the Common Change Document/Change Notice (CCD/CN) Supplier Portal. The Supervisor also develops training and communication of current Change Management system functionality and enhancement changes to all CCD/CN users. In addition, the NAFTA Engineering Change Management Methods & Tools Supervisor maintains global process alignment for Change Management within NAFTA/Non-NAFTA regions using the region specific processes and systems.

- Five years of relevant experience
- One year of experience in a change management role
- One year of leadership experience
- Experience working with IT to develop processes
