DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior level experience requiring a broader level of responsibility. Provides guidance and support to analysts in resolving issues with suppliers and improving delivery performance of plants and distribution centers. May be responsible for inventory Management for some product lines in addition to supervisory responsibilities. May lead project implementation teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Materials Management/Supply Chain or
Logistics required. Minimum 7 years experience of Purchasing or Inventory Control or
Finance with a major emphasis on Inventory Control. Outstanding project management and leadership skills. Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written Detailed-oriented with strong work ethic and commitment to achievement. Proven experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Excellent Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Ability to effectively present information to both management and non-management employees. Ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize work load, and complete work on schedule. Ability to read and understand procedures, work instructions, safety rules and warning signs.
