You will contribute by serving in the following areas:


  • Develop overall Marketing and advertising strategy based on customer insights, including guidelines and messaging
  • Work to facilitate integrated campaigns throughout the organization
  • Engage internal cross-functional teams to help influence their support of Multicultural initiatives
  • Constantly look for ways to reach the audience, especially outside of traditional advertising methods and by partnering with teams internally



  • Oversee and lead the work of Multicultural agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns
  • Develop and maintain messaging management system for paid media vehicles
  • Collaborate with media team on advertising needs
  • Oversee production of campaigns including radio, digital, video and POP/collateral materials



Agency Management:

  • Serve as a conduit between agencies and Chick-fil-A, Inc.
  • Maintain health of agency relationships, including training

Local Creative Requests:

  • Serve as the liaison for Operators to the Marketing team
  • Lead the fulfillment of all Multicultural local creative requests from individual Operators and Markets
  • Ensure agency is providing work in an effective and timely manner



Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Marketing Department events, outings and activities as scheduled
  • Help manage the department’s annual budget and lead the effort of managing it effectively throughout the year
  • Help communicate and educate the company on Multicultural Initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in integrated and multicultural marketing
  • Strategic thinking ability and creative talent to generate breakthrough ideas
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: highly collaborative with an ability to build solid partnerships across the organization
  • Experience managing brand and creative standards
  • Experience with advertising creative strategy and execution
  • Ability to evaluate creative

Results and Relationship-Oriented

  • Proven track record of success
  • Ability to balance both results and relationships
  • Strong follow-through on assignments
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong track record of an ability to build long-term relationships


Skilled Professional

  • Strong academic background

  • Some design training preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
