Opportunity Specific requirements:

Microsoft is building a new Ecommerce platform based on Dynamics 365. Visionet being strategic partner is excited to be part of the journey of evolving a new ECommerce platform.

The opportunity is very unique where the candidate will have an opportunity to not only build immersive omni-channel experiences but also help extend an exciting new ECommerce platform.

Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ECommerce space and should be proficient in technologies like ReactJS, Typescript, .Net framework, C#, Azure, SQL Server, Bootstrap and HTML 5. Recent hands-on experience is required.

The candidate will be attending most strategy and all sprint/development cycle meetings with the leadership team and others to serve as a subject matter expert. He/She would be an integral part in helping to determine the best route to implement the strategy given by the digital leaders.

Job Responsibilities (General Requirements):

Work across cross-functional teams and technical teams to design and develop solutions to ECommerce applications based on Dynamics 365 Commerce Platform.
Work with customer teams to define the requirements and provide best practice recommendations.
Lead and mentor the team of Developers and QA Engineers within the ECommerce team.
Prior experience with popular ECommerce platforms (i.e. Demandware, Magento, Oracle ATG, etc.) is required.
Understand the bigger picture and communicate with customers to understand business needs and system requirements for enterprise level Ecommerce platforms.
Understand and provide guidance on an ECommerce best-practices.
Coordinate different work streams across geographically distributed team members and ensure deliverables quality and schedule adherence.
Prior experience with System Design and Architecture
Prior experience in onshore and offshore model
Prior experience in agile model
Traveling will be required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
