Candidate will provide risk management, engineering integration and technical assistance to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Support to be provided to the Directorate for MDA Engineering Integration supporting the MDA Chief Engineer. Experience with Flight testing, Mission Readiness, Integrated Risk Management, Failure Review, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), Interface and Interoperability processes, Reliability analysis, and Failure Monitoring is highly desired. Provide daily support to the MDA Mission Readiness Working Group (MRWG) for compiling flight test Risks, Watch Items, and Reliability, producing charts, and providing technical input. Support Element risk and failure meetings, as required, to stay informed on potential flight test risks. Develop expertise with Element to provide technical analysis and recommendations. Provide daily support to customer on site to manage working group meetings, action items, minutes, and scheduling meeting and video conferences. Experience within the MDA is desired.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related technical field preferred and 5+ years of Aerospace Engineering experience required. Candidate must have a minimum of a DoD SECRET security clearance.
