Mobile Engineer at Affinity in Toronto, ON

Our mobile app plays a central role in putting Affinity's relationship intelligence at our users' fingertips. As we expand to new markets and use cases, our mobile app is becoming more important than ever.

In this role, you'll play a major role in building the future of Affinity on mobile, setting technical and architectural direction, and taking our codebase and our product to the next level.

What you'll achieve:

• Deliver a delightful, reliable user experience to our mobile users around the world
• Help design and implement strong technical foundations for our mobile codebase that enable product excellence as well as long-term engineering velocity
• Collaborate with the rest of the mobile team to help shape our mobile strategy and roadmap
• Work with engineers across the Affinity team to help define the future of our technical strategy

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You have 3+ years of software engineering experience building user-facing applications
• You have experience building mobile apps on iOS, Android, or across platforms
• You have experience with React, React Native, or other modern JavaScript frameworks, and either feel fluent working with these technologies or are excited to build the skills to get there
• You take pride in both delivering delightful user experiences and in championing technical excellence
• You're excited to work collaboratively within engineering and across functional teams
