Job Description:

Responsibilities :

  • Advanced Troubleshooting of MDM Agent Installation and Configuration Issues
  • Configuration of MDM Enrolment by SMS, EMAIL, Agent based for all the mobile platforms (Ios, Android, Windows)
  • Having Hands on Experience in Installation and configuration of atleast one MDM product (Blackberry, Airwatch, MobileIron, Intune, XenMobile)
  • Blackberry EMM Experience is most preferable
  • Advanced Troubleshooting for Platform specific issues in Agent and Active Sync configuration for iOS, Android, Windows Mobile Devices and Tablets
  • Handling MDM Incident Tickets at all Severity levels and all type of Service Requests in Queue. Responsible for resolving issues arising out of Monitoring and Alerting for MDM services. Should be responsible for MDM Services log analysis from all MDM infrastuctures and take appropriate actions.
  • Should have hands on Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Platform Specific (Ios, Android, Windows) Device Management and Application Management Policies
  • Should have experience in all Device Configuration which includes WiFi, VPN, Certificate Based Authentication, LDAP Configuration including AD, APNS Generation and Configuration, CA configuration in MDM Admin console
  • Should have experience in Mobile Application Management configuration and Troubleshooting which include Public/Inhouse Apps Publishing and Distribution, Volume Purchase Program, Appstore configuration and troubleshooting
  • Should be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting all incoming/outgoing Ports for EMM services
  • Should have configured and troubleshooting Backup of MDM Application services
  • Responsible for Server patching and other regular maintenance activities for all MDM related servers
  • Create, maintain and update the Runbook and SOP documentation for all MDM services
  • Mentoring the L1 and Junior MDM admins as needed

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong Administration experience in atleast one of the MDM product (Blackberry, Airwatch, MobileIron, Intune, Xenmobile)
  • Knowledge of Installaing, configuring and troubleshooting an enterprise Mobility infrastructure. 
  • Knowledge of all the Inbound/Outbound Port requirements of any one EMM Solution
  • Hands on experience on Policy creation, deployment and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge on APNS setup and configuration and CA setup and configuration on MDM console
  • Knowledge of performing software updates of EMM solution as required 
  • Knowledge of test, deployment, support, troubleshooting and analysis of all EMM solution deployment related issues
  • Hands on experience of publishing applications over a secure channel
  • Hands on experience of VPN clients and settings
  • Knowledge of AD/LDAP and exchange/Domino environments and how to integrate these infrastructure elements with EMM solution

Other Skills / Experience:

  • Relevant experience with one or more other MDM products (Blackberry/Airwatch/MobileIron/Intune/Xenmobile)
  • Should have worked in an environment of more than 5000+ mobile clients
  • Should have worked with global customers
  • Years of Experience
  • Should have minimum 2-4years of hands on Experience in Mobility related field

Certification requirements:

  • ITILv3
  • MDM Administration from one EMM Product (Blackberry/Airwatch/MobileIron/Xenmobile/MaaS360)
