Mobile Application Triage Analyst
1. Should have good understanding on E2E telecom domain.(Mobile)
2. knowledge on the D2C application, Care Applications, Telesales( All channels)
3 Good communication skills.
3. Knowledge in working with defect management tool JIRA or any other similar
4. Experience working in agile methodology.
5. Testing experience in Telecom applications like Retail , Telesales, Web App?s applications.
6. OR Development experiences in developing any of Telecom applications like Retail, Telesales, Web App?s applications.
Good to Have:
1. Experience on managing L2 operations of client facing web and mobile applications within telecom industries.
2. Knowledge on Web, Application servers, load balancing concepts, resolving network and firewall issues.
3. Create operations run book's, automate manual tasks with scripting and use operational best practices.
6-10 years (Total years of exp not more than 12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible to analyses and triage customer reported issues.
Follow up with the Fix agents to resolve the issues.
Interact with the Development and product owners to identify the root cause and potential fix for the issues.
