Citi is looking for senior technical engineers who can design and build complex applications using cutting edge technology to meet complex business needs. Successful candidate must possess very good experience in designing and implementing high performance and resilient digital applications.

Job Level: C14

• Possess high degree of technical competency to design and develop digital applications using cutting-edge tools and technologies
• Scout for and evaluate new technology and tools as opportunities for innovation and development excellence
• Work with stakeholders to put best practices in place for 24x7 availability of customer facing applications
• Provide leadership to development team in triage and resolution of highly visible production issues
• Work with enterprise architects to implement design charters
• Interact with senior management to provide strategic plans, creative ideas to take the organization to next level
• Code, test, debug, implement, and document complex programs.
• Find ways to improve the design of the existing programs, optimize performance and improve resiliency


– 10+ years experience delivering complex projects with 5+ year of digital application project experience
– 3+ years experience leading teams to design and build complex projects
– Good understanding of performance engineering and performance test
– Good knowledge and experience in resiliency standards and best practices
– Good knowledge in network, container technologies, Cloud technologies, Application Server, Linux
– Familiar with tools and processes in mobile development/testing, and have working experience in CICD
– Good understanding of Android/iOS app development preferred
– Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science or engineering, excellent communication skills
– Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions
– Ability to understand customer needs and manage expectations
– Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
