As part of a small, passionate and accomplished team of experts on the system architecture team you will be responsible for integration of systems engineering, systems analysis, and operational plans for operations of the New Glenn Launch System.  You will support end-to-end mission life cycle activities in collaboration with external sales, launch operations, and design engineering teams.  Your goal will be mission success starting from pre-sales efforts to post-flight data delivery. The mission integration lead is a technical leadership position on the System Architecture team responsible for developing mission solutions as well as integration of the full range deliverables required for each mission.  You will lead mission design reviews, develop customer interface documents, develop mission plans, integrate system performance analysis, and facilitate loads and environments evaluations.  You will deliver spacecraft from all markets on the New Glenn Vehicle. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.


  • Serve as lead for all mission integration activities performed by the New Glenn System Architecture team
  • Integrate technical work performed within the architecture team as well as operations and design teams
  • Concurrent support of multiple missions and customers
  • Pre-contract engineering/technical support to sales
  • Engineering/technical support to bid and proposal activities
  • Full mission cycle management of systems engineering and systems analysis products
  • Develop and maintain mission schedule
  • Develop solutions for emergent obstacles that arise over contract period of performance


  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years industry experience in launch system or satellite operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and managing small, creative teams on fast-paced projects
  • Strong systems engineering background
  • Strong systems analysis background
  • Ability to lead a team to produce results with partially defined requirements and changing criteria
  • Understanding of customer needs and ability to adapt to unique customer requirements
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and analytical skills, ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight
  • Customer-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (current Green Card holder)


  • 15+ years industry experience in launch system or satellite operations
  • Knowledge of quality and configuration management systems
  • S. Government TS/SCI clearance
  • Prior mission integration experience
