This position manages safety, quality, cost and production for the Granite Falls operation which is producing in excess of 1 million tons per annum, providing leadership for employees, contractors, and operational relationships with customers to the highest level. This position carries out company goals, achieves targets and mining plans for operations at Granite Falls.
·Overall cost responsibility for all activities at Cadman's Granite Falls location.
·Maintain site safety programs including compliance with all Federal regulations (MSHA part 46) and State regulations, all training records, safety meetings and established safety procedures.
·Proactively manage safety and the health of employees to continuously improve the company's safety and health performance.
·Overall cost, production, quality and maintenance activities including the achievement of business strategic plans.
