Lead a team of operations, maintenance, and logistics personnel assigned to support Navy and Marine Corps large force exercises by coordinating and publishing the exercise schedule of events. Direct liaison with range users and range support personnel during the Plan, Brief, Execute, and Debrief (PBED) process to maximize training effectiveness and efficiency of training range resources. Liaise with a government Program Manager (PM) on all exercise planning and execution.
-8 years of experience with Navy and Marine Corps mission areas, including Aviation Warfare (AW), Amphibious Warfare (AMW), Electronic Warfare (EW), Strike Warfare (STW), Surface Warfare (SUW), or Undersea Warfare (USW) operations
-5 years of experience in working with instrumented Navy and Marine Corps ranges, including underwater acoustic tracking systems, electronic warfare emitters, live and inert ordinance impact areas, and optical scoring systems
-Experience with managing intelligence analyst, engineers, and mission control personnel
-BA or BS degree
-Knowledge of Navy operational and administrative directives
-Ability to develop, maintain, and enhance executive metrics that illustrate the performance of the client
