Roles &Responsibilities:

? Manage Middleware Engineering Team supporting the Middleware technologies.

?Work closely with Development, Applications and Architect teams to plan and implement business and IS projects.

? Provide policy interpretation and oversees administration of infrastructure procedures and standard operating policies. 

? Ensure that the systems and technology are in place to enable the business and support business processes while maintaining serviceable, highly available, and cost effective solutions. 

? Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements. 

? Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration and project management.  

? Manages and oversees the planning, scheduling, development, and implementation of changes, enhancements and new systems.

? Manage and be escalation for 24x7 rotational on-call production Middleware administration support for business critical applications. 

? Manage activities to install, configure, monitor and maintain multiplatform systems hardware, software and components. 

Qualifications / Requirements: 

? Must have Bachelor?s Degree

?Experience and strong background in the following Middleware Technologies: JBOSS, Web Logic, Apache, Application Frameworks, WebSphere, IBM ESB ISB

? Knowledge in Linux Operating Systems 

?Experience with Database Platforms such as Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL

? Develops, maintains and strengthens partnerships with other departments/ expansions to provide information support and collaboration of ideas, standards and goals.

? May occasionally have long endurance of 20 or more hours ? disaster recovery and conversions and provide 24 x 7On-call rotation Support365 days a week.
