Job Description

Precise Systems is a professional services company currently working for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Air Force; competing as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under several NAICS codes. Our core competencies include systems engineering, program and project management, logistics, information technology and cyber security, and software development services. We were founded in 1990 and since our establishment we have been providing cutting edge solutions and support to our warfighters. We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Analyst to support our U.S. Navy customer at the International Integration Program Office within the space and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR) Command. This is a contingent opportunity (contingent upon successful contract award.) The functional description of the opportunity is as follows:

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience as a systems engineer supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience working with Commercial-Off-The Shelf (COTS) equipment such as radars, GPS, C2 systems, AIS, Radio Direction Finding, electro-optic cameras, and HF/VHF/UHF Communications
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience supporting cost estimation
  • Demonstrated experience in researching, and analyzing COTS products for recommendation
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements definition and analysis supporting development of Statements of Work (SOWs)/Performance Work Statement (PWS), Specifications, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
  • Demonstrated experience participating in Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) events such as Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Systems Operational Verification Tests (SOVT), and other SETR events
  • Demonstrated experience working OCONUS in Security Cooperation efforts or for foreign customers (i.e., not for U.S. military bases or USG facilities)

Desired Experience:

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience supporting SETR events
  • DISCS SCM courses such as SCM-C or SCM-CM
  • DISCS International Affairs Certification Level 1 or above
  • Demonstrated experience working in multiple austere locations (e.g., in Middle Eastern nations, African nations, or the Pacific rim) in Security Cooperation efforts or for foreign customers (i.e., not for U.S. military bases or USG facilities)
  • Demonstrated experience performing foreign disclosure reviews or similar demonstrated experience such as sanitizing technical documentation
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)
  • Demonstrated experience participating on Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) teams and implementing new processes
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with foreign senior military/government officials

Required Education: Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Engineering or Computer Science
