Mid-Level Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst
Location: El Segundo, CA
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
Minimum eight (8) years of experience with one (1) year in support of space programs
Bachelor’s degree required, and Masters’ degree desired, preferably in engineering, business, math or the sciences.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by Project Management Institute (PMI) is also desired.
Tool experience: Applicants must be proficient using MS Office Suite, and have strong verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to work autonomously as well as within a team/collaborative environment.
Familiarity with USAF or equivalent DoD development programs and processes is highly desired.
U.S. Citizenship - Active Secret clearance is required and Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with DCID 6/4 Eligibility security clearance is desired.
Lead and support compliance analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), and EVM Specific Training.
Individuals will perform a wide variety of EVM management duties for the United States Air Force (USAF) Space & Missile Systems Center (SMC) programs. Possess extensive knowledge of EVM Industry Standards and Practices.
Act as the liaison between SE&I, SETA Integrators, government program leads, and other functional team members.
Advise executive level management on program performance and forecasting for cutting edge military communications, navigation and intelligence satellite and ground programs.
Individuals must be able to work closely with Government and contractor personnel to gather data and present EVM analysis.
