WSP has a dynamic full-time Mid-Level Design Engineer opportunity in our Fort Worth, Texas office.

This role manages Transportation & Infrastrcture projects and is perfect for the engineer who enjoys cultivating client relationships, managing multiple projects and collaboration in a exciting, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a EIT with at least 2 years' experience in design and plan preparation for Transportation & Infrastrcture projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Design Manager and Deputy Design Managers to perform engineering tasks

• Preparing and tracking a 3-week look ahead design schedule tracking with the Design Team, Client and Owner

• Meeting Exhibit creation, meeting attendance, meeting note preparation for distribution to the Design Team, Client and Ower.

• Work with the Production Manager to prepare a variety of deliverables

• Preform miscellaneous design tasks for the exection of the final design

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• EIT with 2-4 years of experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Bentley Microstation

• Good Interpersonal Communication

• Strong Organization and Collaboration skills

• Desire to learn and work directly with Texas High Speed Rail Senior Management

Preferred Qualifications

• EIT with 2-4 years of experience

• Working knowledge of Bentley Inroads Design Software

• Working knowledge of Bluebeam, SharePoint and ProjectWise
