ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in support of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Norfolk, VA . We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 20 states and the District of Columbia. We need a  Mid-Level ACU 4 On-Site Representative ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. 

Security Clearance:

  • Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance


  • Individual assists in representing Amphibious Warfare Program Office, PMS 377, interests with consideration of Fleet concerns and needs.

  • Provides oversight of LCAC SLEP availability and In-service efforts  

  • Develops and implements innovative solutions to address requirements in a budget constrained environment. 

  • Provides senior on-site representative support to the ACU 4 Command at Little Creek, VA

  • Liaises with PMS 377 to assist in identification and resolution of Fleet issue with LCAC in-service craft and preparations for transition to SSC craft

  • Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks at ACU 1 for PMS 377

  • Maintains and manages the customer interface at the senior levels of the Fleet command and Acquisition offices

  • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items

  • Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs

  • Provides quality assurance, communicates goals, objectives, and policies

  • Provides financial management and project administration support

Experience Requirements:

  • Must be well experienced in Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) craft

  • Naval Landing Craft operational experience is expected

  • 3 years of experience working in ACU 4 or other Assault Craft Unit

  • 5 years of experience working with LCAC craft

  • 10 years of professional experience in the Defense sustainment and/or acquisition process

  • Demonstrated understanding of the DoD contracts and contract analysis and knowledge of DoD contracting processes in the technical or program area specified area

  • Ability to generate technical information reports 

Educational Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering or other related field required. This may be substituted with 12years’ experience in the field of engineering
