ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in support of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Norfolk, VA . We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 20 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Mid-Level ACU 4 On-Site Representative ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
Individual assists in representing Amphibious Warfare Program Office, PMS 377, interests with consideration of Fleet concerns and needs.
Provides oversight of LCAC SLEP availability and In-service efforts
Develops and implements innovative solutions to address requirements in a budget constrained environment.
Provides senior on-site representative support to the ACU 4 Command at Little Creek, VA
Liaises with PMS 377 to assist in identification and resolution of Fleet issue with LCAC in-service craft and preparations for transition to SSC craft
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks at ACU 1 for PMS 377
Maintains and manages the customer interface at the senior levels of the Fleet command and Acquisition offices
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs
Provides quality assurance, communicates goals, objectives, and policies
Provides financial management and project administration support
Must be well experienced in Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) craft
Naval Landing Craft operational experience is expected
3 years of experience working in ACU 4 or other Assault Craft Unit
5 years of experience working with LCAC craft
10 years of professional experience in the Defense sustainment and/or acquisition process
Demonstrated understanding of the DoD contracts and contract analysis and knowledge of DoD contracting processes in the technical or program area specified area
Ability to generate technical information reports
