Under the direction and leadership of the Global Mission Excellence & Logistics (GME&L) Product Support Management Manager and with management direction of CAMs, the selected candidate will oversee the utilization of Earned Value Management System processes to collect and analyze cost performance data reports in order to identify cost, schedule, and performance trends and deviations, and recommend corrective action. This individual will participate in cost and schedule reviews to report performance status and collaboratively work with the Program Offices to maintain cost and schedule objectives. The successful candidate will develop managerial level EV reports to provide Product Support leadership visibility to ensure the organization’s cost and schedule objectives are being met or exceeded. In addition, this candidate will manage the Product Support proposal process. In doing so, the candidate will implement streamlined processes to expedite proposal completion through internal Product Support approvals. As a manager, this individual will play a critical role in the career development, diversity, inclusion and engagement of employees. Essential Functions:
