Responsibilities: Manages Statements of Work (multiple contracts); Assists in the IML solution development and directs execution of solution.
Identifies special processing either inbound and/or outbound. Ensures stated Service Level Agreements are clearly defined, understood and managed.
Identifies postponement areas of work either inbound and/or outbound. Interfaces with IM Logistics contacts to represent the center on all conference calls, site meetings, etc.
Minimal or occasional direct client contact required. Provides information for Quarterly Business Reviews and attends scheduled meetings. Travels as required by business needs.
May or may not be dedicated to a single client (depends on contract).
Requirements: Minimum three years' experience in management of complex projects. Supervisory responsibilities in a matrix environment strongly recommended.
Prior experience in monitoring and controlling people and systems responsible for critical results required.
