The Manager is responsible and accountable for supervision, guidance and direction of personnel, assurance of quality, evidence basedpatient care and efficient operation from both organizational and economic aspects. This position involves long and short range planningand goal setting, budget preparation, coordinating activities with those related services performed by other groups as related to patientcare. The Manager completes the performance evaluations of staff and assists in the overall evaluation of the program, and also servesas a liaison between staff and other administrative personnel. Maintains professional competencies through education programs and/orparticipation in professional organizations. The Manager is responsible for quality improvement initiatives and data systems.

Three years' clinical and management experience in ahealth care environment.Three years' clinical and managementexperience in a health care environment.

LicensureACLS; CPR Certification., PALS; Basic andAdvanced Arrhythmia, RN Licensure by theGeorgia State Board of Nursing. CPRCertification. Clinical or administrativecertification preferred.
