This role will oversee the Electrify America OEM partnership program marketing, including working in close collaboration with OEM partner marketing groups to integrate within their communication channels, support content buildout on partner platforms, and coordinate program announcements and continued promotion with Electrify America and Electrify Canada Marketing, PR and Business Development, driving increased program activation. The role will also oversee the strategy of OEM customer acquisition and retention post-promotional program expiration, driving the Electrify America business goals of charging station utilization and customer loyalty / retention.
This role will have demonstrated experience in B2B and B2C marketing, sales funnel management, content management and CRM.
Role Responsibilities
Growth Marketing & Strategy
- Manage the strategy for Electrify Canada, Electrify Commercial, and Electrify Home and OEM business verticals that supports sales funnel growth, brand awareness, and sales
- Responsible for providing strategic direction for all digital properties for Electrify Commercial, Electrify Home, and Electrify Canadas (website, App, HMI, social media, paid media, etc.)
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, understand business needs understand project scope and translate these to technical product requirements
- Responsible for creating the marketing strategy, executing various marketing campaigns to support various business verticals and then scaling the strategy
- Work with the wider Marketing team, as well as other cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute complex marketing strategies in priority areas of our business
- Lead creation and implementation of the positioning and unquote selling points (USPs) of the “Electrify” verticals
- Develop insights to identify opportunities and feed our business strategies
- Track and measure the impact of our programs and use insights/learnings to optimize initiatives for better impact continuously
- Accountable for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects from briefing and design through completion and delivery
- Accountable for delivering upon Key Performance Indicators by business unit
- Travels as needed to manage production, campaign launches and meet with creative agencies to provide onsite strategic direction
Channel Marketing
- Provide guidance, expertise, and support to team in their execution of the CRM communications and development of prospect and customer journey mappings
- Lead the team in development of OEM customer acquisition campaigns goals while continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns based on analysis from media and creative agency
- Manages the relationship with key strategic partnerships to strengthen the Electrify brand in OEM customer journeys
- Lead creation and implementation of social strategy that amplifies, and is symbiotic with, non-social marketing activities
Leadership & Management
- Understand, advocate and communicate product line objectives, vision and strategy to staff to ensure contribution towards achieving companywide goals. Advocate for product lines’ success
- Manage internal and external resources that directly supports growth and fosters collaboration
- Accountable for organizational collaboration and ensuring communication and approval at all levels of the organization as needed
- Lead & manage multiple creative agencies to develop plans & create marketing deliverables that support vertical growth
- Successfully advocate and communicate company’s strategic objectives and vision to team to ensure progress against companywide goals
- Daily management of internal Marketing team to provide strong leadership as the team work toward the growth KPIs
Operational
- Oversee budget and provide monthly forecasting
- Working cross functionality, develop pitch materials for sales meetings
Qualifications
Years of Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience marketing/product marketing
- 3-5 years of vendor/agency management experience
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing or related field
- Desired: MBA or Master’s Degree
