BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee a dynamic group of business analysts and software developers working on a Logistics focused application. The ideal candidate will supervise the US/UK Supply Logistics team, which supports the Department of the Navy's Strategic Systems Program customer. The work is performed at our Rockville, MD location. Responsibilities include understanding the UK Supply system and associated processes, monitoring long term projects, and performing data and systems analysis. Supervisory tasks will include ensuring section employees meet all timekeeping, ethics, training, safety, and performance requirements, as well as hiring, coaching, and evaluating employees on the team.
Required Skills and Education
Education and years of related/relevant work experience required: Bachelor's Degree and at least six years of related/relevant work experience or a Master's Degree and at least four years of related/relevant work experience.
