Maintain an audit ready metrology program at Good Manufacturing Practices compliant client labs.
*** Identify and manage all metrology standards for assigned site.
***Schedule calibration activities with Chemistry Manufacturing & Controls Quality Assurance and Release & Stability lab personnel.
*** Calibrate, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair instrumentation in accordance with established Standard Operation Procedures.
*** Liaise with clients to understand end user requirements to maintain traceability and accuracy of all instruments identified.
*** Conduct recurring execution of qualification protocols for benchtop analytical instrumentation typical to pharmaceutical manufacturing, development, and quality control labs.
*** Manage documentation change requests for all calibration related procedures and vendor calibration records.
*** Perform root cause analysis and assist with investigations for instrument calibration failures and performance issues.
