Support calibration and maintenance of qualified laboratory instruments used in Analytical Laboratory settings in accordance with all applicable current Good Laboratory Practices, Food & Drug Administration, and other regulatory requirements.
*** Calibrate and maintain High Performance Liquid Chromatographs, Gas Chromatographs, Infrared Spectrometers, Atomic Absorption Spectrometers, Ultraviolet-visible Spectrometers, and other laboratory equipment.
*** Serve as subject matter expert for operation and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
*** Coordinate instrument qualification activities.
*** Perform monitoring and testing to qualify equipment, systems, and facilities per qualification protocols.
***Support and maintain qualified state of laboratory instruments in compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements including writing qualification documents and technical reports.
*** Asses impact and provide recommendations for requested changes in qualified laboratory instruments.
*** Author SOP deviations and atypical instrument performance investigations.
