Calibrate equipment on a periodic basis and perform testing on finished products and stability samples to prevent work stoppages.
*** Review and maintain HPLC, GC, TLC, and other analytical equipment to prevent work stoppages following current cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures.
*** Calibrate equipment, verify results, and troubleshoot problems.
*** Schedule outside vendors for Preventative Maintenance calibration.
*** Present quality investigation and calibration documentation.
*** Develop, perform, evaluate, and interpret analytic methods and tests.
*** Review and audit logbook entries.
*** Maintain sample set log sheet for instrument calibration.
*** Maintain monthly inventory of United States Pharmacopeia, European Pharmacopeia, and in-house reference standards.
