WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
Define, Develop & manage solutions and services
Deliver expertise and quality oversight of engagements across M&A and Private Equity practice
Develop a portfolio growth plan with clear expectations for solution sales.
Build strong client relationships, develop business and generates demand
Develop domain area skills and expertise of self & Point B associates
Promote development of thought leadership and client insight articles
Innovate, in partnership with leaders across the firm.
Manage defined operations within the M&A Practice and in support of the Private Equity Industry
Promote the growth and development of Point B consultants within the M&A and Private Equity practices

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
10+ years of total; minimum 5 years leading an M&A capability within the Private Equity ecosystem
Strong team leader and people manager. Has successfully mentored / developed others. Helps create opportunities for others by opening doors.
Demonstrated passion about solving client’s biggest problems. Provides insight and solutions, even if outside purview of Point B work or current assignment
Skilled at taking a “bigger picture” view to comprehend broader business impacts.
Able to extract key lessons learned from financial and other quantitative information.
Demonstrated ability to speak, present to and deliver training to internal and external audiences
Handle extremely complex and political environments successfully. Able to develop repeatable frameworks and approaches that address client needs
Work effectively with all levels in an organization, including the C-Suite and Partner level stake holders. Develops meaningful, long-term connections with clients.
Build a visible presence in the broader community by contributing in a way consistent with personal values
Adeptly manages challenging group dynamics to achieve a win-win solution
Keep up to date on best practices and industry/service line developments
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and preferably an MBA.
