The Merchandising Manager contributes to The Bouq�s mission of creating a world?class sustainable brand disrupting the global $50B floral industry by being responsible for our merchandise strategy, assortment, and site merchandising for new non-floral categories including (but not limited to) plants, vases, add-on�s, accessories, etc. Using competitive analysis, industry trends and performance data, you will curate a merchandise strategy to give our customers a best in class gifting experience. Reporting to our VP, GM and working hand-in-hand with our Operations, Design, Marketing, and Product team, this role is crucial in setting the brand vision through our product offering and ensuring the website is merchandised to sell. Must have experience driving high growth and building a new category. Experience in product development and good design eye highly preferred. .
