Description:

The Director, MHW works under the direction of the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Market Integration. The Director, MHW , in partnership with the MHW Medical Director, is responsible for: statewide Mental Health care management and health plan functions across the internal and external delivery system; overseeing the management of social workers and implementing the integration of social work services into primary care, specialty and urgent care across the delivery system; and assuring that content of care consultation and operational support is provided to local/regional operations managers of Mental Health Specialty Services. These responsibilities require mutually satisfactory collaboration with Care Delivery and Health Plan Division administrators and medical directors, effective and efficient coordination of care across the delivery systems, and supporting compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements.<
