maintenance and articulate an extensive knowledge of membership options, products and services. Generate revenue to the Center through
honest enthusiastic membership and program prospecting, sales and genuine hospitality
Experience Minimum Required
3 years managing a sales team.
2 years of fitness industry sales and managing a sales team. Experience managing a Customer Relations Management Technology
system. 2 years fitness center experience with sales management, contact management, productivity, and member relations.
Education Minimum Required
Bachelor's Degree in related fieldSpecial Skills Minimum Required
Must be proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Special Skills Preferred/Desired
Design and execute marketing plans. • coordinate strategic marketing and advertising plans to build brand & value. • Attend
educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices. • Must be
proficient in all membership aspects Club Automation such as agreement management and approvals, Profile management, Account
Status, Prospect Management, and Membership Reports. • Establish professional networks and demonstrate a commitment to
embracing clinical integration with the hospital.
Licensure and/or Certifications Required
