Manages and coordinates the interaction between the external customers and the internal processes. Promotes quality and service excellence for clients, members, physicians, staff and the community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represents the organization at open enrollment meetings for existing accounts, actively influencing employees to enroll.
• Coordinates annual open enrollment meetings.
• Represents the organization at health fairs and other events.
• Educates agents and group contacts on changes to products and processes.
• Articulates the organization’s value proposition and provides resource and education to current and prospective members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

EXPERIENCE

• Three years' experience in health insurance or sales
