Leads and manages sales staff to ensure marketing and service goals are achieved for the Florida Blue Medicare market with the objective of increasing and retaining Medicare enrollment in the state of Florida, including the attainment of annual sales and retention goals. Plans and directs resources to support sales/retention for the Medicare program, including DSNP and all other Medicare products. Attains field goals set forth annually in the Medicare Business Plan and other territory management strategy documents. Accountable for achieving field budget targets. Acts as a liaison between Florida Blue and Provider Groups/Assets identified as key to growing the Florida Blue Medicare membership.

Required Management Experience
2+ years direct supervisory/management experience
Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Additional Required Qualifications
Florida Health & Life insurance license 2-15, including annual Medicare Advantage certification, or ability to acquire these within 6 months of hire date.
Previous Medicare Advantage Experience 2+ years Sales Management experience
Excellent written, oral and negotiation skills.
Experience composing and facilitating presentations.
Problem-solving experience, working with management and internal/external stakeholders.
