Content integrator between group marketplace and Medicare. Responsible for development and implementation of strategies for retention and increased membership in designated employer group Medicare retiree plans. Responsible for tracking and conversion of fee for service members to retiree products with focus on conversion to MA as first choice. Serves as Medicare subject matter expert and resource to commercial sales, account managers, employer groups, consultants and brokers. Continuously improve the business relationship with our customers to optimize growth in targeted accounts; supports and partners with account management in managing retiree populations and assisting purchasers with issues and administering Kaiser Permanente retiree products.
The ideal candidate will have healthcare sales and account management experience.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, health administration or marketing
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Excellent writing, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills. Knowledge of Medicare program requirements and strategic issues related to Medicare and Medicare managed care. Ability to translate customer needs and marketplace trends into implications for organizational strategy. Ability to build cross- functional teams and engage staff in working together to meet common goals.
Minimum Experience Requirements
3-5 years in marketing, business development and/or managing business to business relationships.
5 years Medicare product experience; Medicare managed care experience
