Medical Device Sales

My client is seeking candidates with a background of strong, successful and documented performances. Candidates must be self-driven and motivated to work a designated territory to sell a full line of state of the art medical device products. Candidates possess a work ethic with a desire to be in the "OR". Work with surgeons and clinicians to build, establish and maintain business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, grow and maintain client partnerships with surgeons and clinicians.
  • Meet or exceed territory sales objectives (product and target accounts)
  • Meet or exceed territory market share objectives
  • Expert knowledge in product and competitive information
  • Ability to deliver "on call" service
  • Provide training and support of new product launches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Min. 2-5 years successful sales experience (prefer medical device sales)
  • Previous Medical Sales in Spine/Orthopedics strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated and documented sales success
  • Strong Communication & Presentation skills
  • Ability to travel when needed

Offering:

  • Year 1 @ plan $125,000 - $200,000 (based on experience and market)
  • Expense Package
  • Unlimited earnings
