As part of CVS Health’s growing internal Media team, the Media Strategy Manager will oversee the execution of multi-channel media campaigns supporting CVS Pharmacy script acquisition efforts, front store sales-driving initiatives, or Health Services such as MinuteClinic. The Media Strategy Manager is essential to the strategic development of and operational excellence on these campaigns. The Media Strategy Manager will be responsible for building relationships with internal Marketing partners in order to fully understand their business goals and campaign KPIs. The Media Strategy Manager will manage our Media AOR & work collaborative with agency partners to deliver integrated media strategies and plans. He/she will partner closely with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure measurement plans for campaigns can be executed properly, ensuring that every investment is accountable. This position will work closely with the Media Director or Senior Media Manager, business owners, agency partners, media colleagues, and analytics partners. 

Required Qualifications
The Media Strategy Manager must have the ability to manage multi-channel strategies that support multiple business units and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering business results. In addition to excellent management skills, he/she must possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in the organization. He/she must be able to collaborate within a cross-functional team comprised of diverse skills and backgrounds (media, creative, analytics) and shape them into a highly productive unit. 

5+ years of multi-channel media experience with an emphasis on data-driven, results-oriented campaigns 
5+ years of B2C experience (retail/healthcare experience preferred) 5+ years' experience developing communication/media strategies & plans Deep subject matter expertise in all media channels, with a particular focus on digital channels 
Working knowledge of agency structure and management Experience using Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint 

Preferred Qualifications
Agency experience preferred B2B experience a plus 
Self-starter, independent worker, and problem-solver 
Proven ability to impact and influence others 
Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team 
Strategic Thinker with excellent analytical skills 
Highly detail-oriented 
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
Collaborative spirit and disposition with internal and external constituencies. 

Bachelor's degree required
